From our beginnings as real estate clients to now state licensed real estate agents and deal makers, Vertical Real Estate Group has grown with a clear vision: empowerment and access through home and land ownership for our clients. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and employee/client well-being, we create experiences and build lasting success stories for our clients in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

Before joining the real estate industry, we sat on the client side of the real estate table when it came to property purchases and transactions over the years.  We are a husband and wife agency, and we started our real estate journey by building a portfolio of owning and managing properites in mulitple states from homes, farmland, timberland, recreation, and trusts.  After having some great experiences during the purchase or sale of those properties and some not so great experiences, we felt it was time to be on the other side of the real estate table and become our own agents with our backgrounds, education, and work history and experiences.  Veritcal Real Estate Group was born to take our real estate experiences and those of our clients to the next level.
